"We have been loyal customers of Jacob for over eight years and have always appreciated the service. However, during the Labor Day weekend, he failed to respond to my request to extend our car rental following an accident that was not our fault. Both parties involved in the accident are covered by State Farm, which has caused unnecessary delays in submitting liability. State Farm's national office advised us to proceed with our claim, which was the issue in hindsight. Despite my request for a civil notice to extend the rental, the national handler refused to permit any extension beyond the initial seven days. As a result, I find myself without a car unless I choose to pay out-of-pocket. I have received no communication from the office, and the national handler's response was a firm denial. This situation is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support."
